The Society acknowledges worship to be the participation of the Church in the ceaseless self-offering of the Son to the Father in the communion of the Holy Spirit to the increase of the glory of God.
The Society seeks to follow a pattern of worship which observes the Christian Year.
It sees Word and sacrament as Divine gifts to the Church from God, upon whom they depend for their efficacy.
Accordingly, the Society affirms the essential importance of:
The ordered reading of Holy Scripture and its proclamation.
The administration of Holy Baptism as the once for all rite of entrance into the Church.
The celebration of Holy Communion in its rightful place within the worship of the Church on each Lord’s Day
